My name is Maria Manzano and I am in my last semester here at FAU. As I gave it more thought I decided to write m blog about a passion of mine that has been constant throughout the years and it is something that connects everyone across the world at one point in their day.  My love for coffee has only grown in the past years and I am so excited to share  with everyone on this blog. I was born in Cali,  Colombia and I am sure that has only helped my fixation with all things coffee- ♥ There’s so many platforms now where the Coffee Industry have taken off and how fascinating the careers of Baristas are in this day and age.  I have in the past worked as a Barista myself and it truly was a joy for me to be able to work in a space where I was able to create and share a cup of great coffee with others.
